About MeetingEcho
MeetingEcho is made by AgileWithAI, a small product studio in Bonn, Germany, run by Dr. Iman Soltanzadeh. It is one app for meetings, dictation and language practice that keeps everything on your Mac.
AgileWithAI takes everyday problems, builds quick prototypes, tests them with real people, and releases only what helps. Three principles run through everything: simple for every age, private from the start, honest about the numbers.
MeetingEcho follows them. It asks for no account, invites no bot into your calls and uploads no audio. Its speech models are measured, and the numbers are on this site. Prices are shown only once they are final.
The app is in testing on macOS 26. Testers get a build by email and shape what comes next.

- DictationPress Option-Space in any app and speak. The text appears where your cursor is.
- Language coachFlashcards from your own meetings, in your colleagues' voices. One click to Anki.
- Live captionsEvery line of the call as it is spoken, with the translation underneath.
- Briefs and notesWho is coming, what happened last time, and the words to use. Notes go to Obsidian.
